If you’ve been waiting for the perfect fall weekend to get outside, this is it. The forecast is looking beautiful, and Cabarrus County is packed with ways to soak it all in. From family trick-or-treating to vineyards, markets, and a good old Panthers watch party, here’s everything happening locally from October 24–26.


📍 Friday, October 24th 

  • Trick or Treat in the Park - Harrisburg Park | 4:00–9:00 PM
    Bring the kids out for a fun night of costumes, candy, and community. A local favorite every year.

  • Christmas Made in the South - Cabarrus Arena | Times vary
    This event runs all weekend and is perfect for early holiday shoppers looking for unique, handmade gifts.

  • After Dark: Adults Only Halloween Party - Gibson Mill Market | 9:00 PM–12:00 AM
    Over 21 only, $5 admission. A fun excuse to get your costume out early and enjoy a night out without the kids.


📍 Satuday, October 25th 

  • Renaissance Festival - 9:30 AM–5:30 PM
    A fall tradition in the region. Costumes optional but always encouraged.

  • Fresh Market - The Lenz Studio, Downtown Concord | 10:00 AM–2:00 PM
    A great way to spend a crisp fall morning - local produce, handmade goods, and community.

  • Fall Festival - Rocky River Vineyards | 12:00–6:00 PM
    Sip, shop, and soak in the views at this local favorite.

  • Tract or Treat - Almond Farms | All day
    Family fun with tractors, treats, and plenty of fall charm.

  • Jack O’ Lantern Jaunt 5K - Liske Park | 5:00 PM
    A festive 5K to kick off the weekend, perfect for runners and walkers alike.


📍 Sunday, October 26th 

  • Renaissance Festival - 9:30 AM–5:30 PM
    If you didn’t make it Saturday, here’s your second chance.

  • Tract or Treat - Almond Farms
    Another day of farm fun and fall festivities.

  • Christmas Made in the South - Cabarrus Arena
    Keep that gift list going.

  • Panthers Watch Party - High Branch Brewing Co.
    End the weekend with good beer and good football energy. 🏈
