Don't Get Raged, Get Staged!

I SWEAR, we listed this house the SAME day the market decided to come to a halt 😭 We had ZERO traction the first couple of weeks.
Once we adjusted the price to current conditions, the showings started to roll in. The showings brought “we’re submitting an offer” type feedback, but nothing actually came in (well, expect for one like $70K below asking 🙄)
I desperately needed to give this great home a facelift. The emptiness was felt. My ads were getting stale.
Enter in @tntstaging! They did an amazing job bringing the love back into this home. Are and pictures were refreshed, and we are now under contract!
Coincidence?
